The Health Funders Forum was a wonderful convening with much rich and lively discussion. Participants were treated to four excellent presentations, including one panel of INQRI grantees. In the coming days and weeks, we will be sharing the information about our meeting with all of you. Keep an eye out for links to the presentations, photos, video, guest blogging and more!

Our Collaboration
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's Interdisciplinary Nursing Quality Research Initiative and the Donaghue Foundation have formed a collaboration to explore the challenges in translating research into practice.
On July 8 and 9, 2009, we hosted a health funders forum: "Creating Opportunities and Breaking Down Barriers to Adoption." This meeting brought together funders from a variety of organizations to discuss opportunities and challenges associated with the adoption of research findings. A work group formed after the meeting continues to discuss ideas for funders.
In 2010, we presented a series of webinars focused on the issue of translation. These sessions were open to the public. To view the presentations or download the slides, please click here.
